Behind every struggle is triumph. By releasing the heaviness that sits deep in our beings, often out of our conscious awareness, we create space to grow, evolve and transform.
We must become curious and brave enough to navigate parts of ourselves that we have been pushing aside due to fear, grief, or shame. Sometimes the things we carry aren’t even our own. If it’s holding us back, we need to let it all go.
But making space is key.

Post Session Support: You will receive an email after our session together where I share any intuitive downloads I received during our work together, a chakra report outlining where energetic imbalances remain within your body, as well as suggestions for further supporting your session integration and continued expansion.

Includes weekly live sessions that encompass energy healing, breathwork and embodiment practices with access to my guidance and support between sessions. Breath work has helped me to work through one of the most challenging times I have ever known, and Chelsea provides such a supportive atmosphere, free of judgment, which has allowed me to fully explore anything that has come up in our sessions.
I often come back to my journal entry on the experience I had with Chelsea that day and it has helped to unfold some really meaningful things in my life. I treasure what I received that day and I also treasure Chelsea‘s presence during the session.
My session with Chelsea was during a really bad day for me. I was unmotivated, struggling and really at a loss. After Chelsea's guidance, powerful music selection and kind words, I felt more uplifted and ready for the rest of my day.
I had never experienced a breathwork session before, yet Chelsea helped me to feel so comfortable and at ease with the process. From the set up, through the experience, to the closing I felt lovingly held in a safe space to explore any emotion or sensation that came up.
I have to admit, I can be reluctant to go deeper with inner work, but the breathwork alongside the music really allowed me to drop into the practice. Even though we were over 1500 miles away from each other, Chelsea held the space beautifully.

Breathwork is the practice of breathing with intention, deeply connecting with your mind, body, and soul. As we consciously change the pattern of our breath, we flood the body with oxygen and stimulate the nervous system, which alters our consciousness. This supports a journey of empowered release, energy healing and improved mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. It can also be a powerful spiritual practice and is deeply restorative. My clients tend to be females that are curious, creative and connect with the natural elements and mother earth. All of my clients desire to partake in this inner work knowing that the process of energetic healing, release and balance supports how they show up in both their personal and professional lives. Breathwork isn’t recommended for anyone who is pregnant, or for individuals with cardiovascular disease and heart problems.
01. WHAT IS BREATHWORK, ANYWAY? WHO IS IT FOR?
First, we will briefly chat about what you are currently navigating, set an intention and ground into the space. I will teach you the breath pattern required for the active immersion portion of the session, which is practiced for 45 minutes or so while laying down. The session is set to music and I will guide prompt throughout. Sessions can be done in-person or remotely via Zoom/Facetime. At the end of every session, there will be an opportunity to discuss your experience and I also send a post-session email to assist you with integration in the time that follows your breathwork experience.
02. WHAT DOES A TYPICAL SESSION LOOK LIKE?
Truly, every session is unique and different. But every individual will begin to feel themselves dropping deeper into their body within the first few minutes. For some, a physical response may follow like tingling, goosebumps, or sensations of tightening. It’s also common for a lot of individuals to have an emotional experience. Tears, laughter, anger, bliss; there is no right or wrong response. Anything can come forward as the energy begins to move and shift, and we actively work to release suppressed emotions and experiences.
03. WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO FEEL IN A SESSION?
The benefits are extensive but also so personal. I have been amazed at the impact this practice can have on everyday life; both for myself and the clients I work with, even after the first experience. First, the movement of stagnant energy and stuck emotions. This is important because ignored emotions eventually present themselves in the physical body, leading to imbalance, ailments and suffering. It’s incredibly important to bring consciousness to where we may be suppressing or restricting flow in our lives. Some other benefits of breathwork are improved overall health and relaxation, stress relief, and support in processing grief, trauma, and anger. One may also experience greater clarity, sense of purpose, and enhanced creativity, communication and connection to intuition. Ultimately, it illuminates the areas of our lives that may benefit from healing.
04. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THIS WORK?
This is completely understandable and I have been there. I entered an “energy healing for creatives” event while on vacation in California early 2018 oblivious about what I was about to experience. It was my first breathwork session ever. But that moment in time literally changed the trajectory of my life and led me here. WILD, RIGHT? Also, I believe that if you’re here, you’ve come to heal. Trust that inner knowing and the nudge to begin the journey. The details of every session are kept completely confidential, and the space will be held with compassion and grace, ensuring you feel nurtured and supported with every breath. It’s also important to note that your body knows what it needs and this may be different from what you want in a session. I encourage you to let go of expectations, and come to each breathwork experience with an open mind, unattached to outcomes.
05. WHAT IF I’M NEW TO THIS AND NERVOUS FOR THE EXPERIENCE?
As an avid gardener and budding herbalist, I am continually growing and harvesting plants for their medicine and magic. So while I ensure sessions are deeply rooted in nature through my verbiage and prompts, you will also be surrounded by the scents, colours and energy of botanicals and blooms to further support you in grounding into your experience and feeling supported by mother earth. Seasonally, sessions can take place among the blooms in my garden for an even deeper botanical magic immersion.
